Because I just saw Dir en grey live, in concert. Forgive the incoherence that ensues in the following.

Ohmygod it was AMAZING. It was the most amazing thing I've ever seen in my life. We were right up on the rail, right in front of Die, and Kaoru and Toshiya came over to visit too, and it's was just oh my god. They were so close.

When Shinya walked out first the entire audience just LOST their minds. Including me. (I screamed and threw horns and headbanged so much tonight, I'm sore as fuck.) They played GDS too which was like zomg yay. And as I said, Die was RIGHT in front of me, and he was adorable and smiling and riling up the crowd.

Everyone looked great - Shinya looks pretty much the way he's been lately, the shoulder length styled dirty-blonde hair, Kaoru's hair was longer and layered (still has the goatee <3), Die's hair is shorter and kinda reddish-brown, more natural looking, and Kyo still has his facial hair and his crazy weird blonde cut (which still looks great). The most amazing looking one, my group agreed, was Toshiya - his hair's long, shaggy, kinda stylishly disheveled and dark now. He looked BEAUTIFUL, not an understatement.

They played (not in this order, I can't remember, I'm so out of it) Mr. Newsman, a song off their upcoming album "Marrow of a Bone" so I have no idea what it's called, uh...C, Spilled Milk, Ryoujoku no Ame, Agitated Screams of Maggots, Obscure, Clever Sleazoid, Merciless Cult, The Final, Kasumi, and some other songs off Withering to death that I can't be assed to remember.

Kyo's vocal quality was absolutely amazing. I was kind of worried he'd be off since he's been in rough shape lately but he sounded even better live than in recordings. NOTHING compares to it, nothing. Nothing compares to them live in general.

When it was over and done with (and after getting one of Kaoru's priceless faces, getting a smile from Toshiya, and getting water dumped on by Die) I nearly passed out and I was sobbing from shock, awe, and dehydration. XD Yes I cried, I'm pathetic, but they're my OTB!

Anyway...yeah. If you ever get the chance to see them live, do it, because it's a fucking amazing experience.

Anyway.

I'm seeing Dir en grey in February! How fantastic is that? I get to skip school for two days to do it and we're gonna sit in line hours ahead of time so we can sit up front. Cheah. Squeal. Etc.

Also, I'm still overly indulged in WoW. Not obsessively. But enough. Haha. I loev WoW.

Otherwise, things have been fairly mellow.

Clever.

A lot of people do the "7 deadly sins" theme because it's SO innovative. Since I have off school today and NO ONE else does, I got bored.

Kaoru - PRIDE

Kaoru gets pride because he's a cocky (but lovable) little bastard.

Kyo - WRATH

Kyo gets wrath because he's an angry person.

Die - GREED

Die actually fits gluttony better, because he loevs the meat, but I didn't want to make him out to be some fatass, so I just gave him greed. XD

Shinya - ENVY

Shinya doesn't really fit anything. So I just gave him envy, because he's definitely not sloth. XD

Toshiya - LUST

Toshiya's a whore, we all know that.

I really like how all of them turned out, but if I have a least favorite it's Die's, because I couldn't get his word to fit very well. His pic is different from the others', in a way, so he was difficult to do.

All of them are 100 x 100 except Kaoru and Shinya, they're 100 x 99 because they didn't want to cooperate.

They're coming out with another one, called "Agitated Screams of Maggots" and it is described by CD Japan to be their "most violent yet". Which probably means it's going to be sexy screamy. While the faggot fans mourn the loss of Diru ten years ago. Poor babies.

Dare I order it? I dunno, I'll see. I wish I could put it with my Nameless Liberty order, but the release dates are probably different... *ramble*
